- Preparation for Bac+2 over 1 year
The aim of the Hotel and Catering refresher course is to acquire practical skills (cooking, dining room, reception) while at the same time discovering the professional world.
BTS in Hotel and Restaurant Management
- Bac+2 in 2 years
Contextualised in the hotel, catering and tourism sectors, the course lasts 2 years. It offers 3 options: Option A management of a catering unit, Option B management of a catering unit, Option C management of a catering unit.
