international mobility at Asteria
International mobility is one of the values that Asteria wishes to develop year after year. Indeed, as a member of the Collège de Paris, Asteria benefits from a huge international network of partners. Students have the opportunity during their training to study abroad.
Methodology
All our programmes are divided into Teaching Units representing a number of Credits. Each year of study represents 60 credits – 180 credits for our Bachelor programmes and 120 credits for our Master programmes. The allocation of credits is proportional to the importance and duration of a given module.
Language policy
For Asteria, a good linguistic preparation is the key to an enriching and successful mobility. It is provided by our partner school ELFE, a member of the Collège de Paris, which offers many French courses.
The Collège de Paris strongly supports the mobility of students from all its HEIs and allows its incoming students to participate in events. The aim here is to improve the linguistic and intercultural aspects of each participant.
Erasmus Strategy
Internationalisation is at the heart of Asteria’s missions, values and educational project. International openness, in addition to pedagogical excellence and individualised support, is for us a key value in leading students towards employment. Our strategy is based on two axes: welcoming foreign students in all our courses and promoting the mobility of our students by ensuring full recognition of their activities during their mobility, notably by awarding them ECTS credits.
Through training, we want to promote French know-how and this is why we favour the development of programmes likely to interest international students.
