Experience an immersive succession of scenarios in offbeat environments, propelling you out of your comfort zone.
Each challenge is followed by a debriefing, giving everyone the opportunity to share their feelings. Guided by a mentor with dual military and civilian expertise, you will discover concrete managerial keys rooted in the reality of group operations.

Organisation of training
teaching staff
The training team consists of :
- A Training Director in charge of supervising the entire training programme
- One or more organisational managers in charge of planning and coordination
- One mentor per group of 8 to 12 participants former operational unit officer now with responsibilities in the private sector

Course content
- By way of example, here is how the first morning of training went:
Brise-glace :
- Introduce yourself and build trust within the group.
- Define individual and collective expectations.
- Think before you act.
- Timing: 10′ Introduction by the mentor / 10′ Individual reflection / 30′ Individual presentation (2′ to 3′ per person) / 10′ Conclusion.
- Suggested tool: Expectations chart.
Stumps / immersive workshop :
- Highlighting the need for a leader who drives discernment, takes and assumes responsibility for decisions, engages his or her team in action and prepares them for change.
- Dare to think outside the box to find solutions.
- Organise collaborative thinking quickly and effectively.
- Timing: 5′ Briefing / 20′ to 30′ Crossing / 20′ Debriefing and feedback
- Suggested tool: MIMORI (Mission, Resources, Risks).
Reflection on leadership :
- Defining the fundamentals of leadership (authority, power, objectives).
- Differentiating between managers and leaders.
- The importance of the leader during a period of transformation.
- Identify what the team expects of the leader and vice versa.
- Timing: 5′ Introduction of mentor and organisation of sub-groups / 20′ Brainstorming / 25′ Feedback from sub-groups / 10′ Conclusion by mentor.
- Suggested tools: theoretical approach and collective reflection on the notion of authority.
Bars / immersive workshop :
- Organising collaborative thinking.
- Pool and compare ideas.
- Delegating and controlling.
