Marjorie REICHSTADT
A consultant, certified trainer and auditor with multi-disciplinary expertise Marjorie holds a MASTER’s degree in art history, and began her varied professional career as a student working in a variety of sectors (logistics, personal assistance, retail, etc.) in France, Germany and Switzerland. On completing her studies, she continued to develop her multi-disciplinary skills as director of an association specialising in events, before becoming Chief Operating Officer of a Franco-American start-up specialising in new technologies (Virtual Reality, Cybersecurity). At the end of her enriching experiences, she took a 180-degree turn to become an entrepreneur (RNCP Level 5 professional qualification “Small Business Entrepreneur”) and also obtained her qualification as a professional trainer for adults, specialising in the field of disability (inclusion-disability consultant). A confirmed slasher, Marjorie is constantly upgrading her skills in roles such as public writer (certified by the CNFDI in 2021), leading DYS friendly writing workshops and training as a psycho-graphologist. In short, a globetrotter in the professional world who knows the job market inside out, as well as business creation and project management.

Define the concept of disability and understand the current issues and consequences (situation of disability, inclusion, figures, etc.).
Identifying the different types of disability, distinguishing between incapacity, invalidity and unfitness, recognising and preventing stereotypes
